Tray designed with high corners for the snuff to stay inside, we can also store the other things keeping order.
Many years ago when I first entered the snuff industry , an accomplished liador called Chandler showed me his pride and joy . It was a long rolling metal tray of the 70 brand CLUB . He explained that he came from Italy and that the corners were designed with extra height and rounded to ensure that nothing wedged snuff . In fact it was a rather rare tray . During the early 90's a company called Music City began selling a version CLUB plastic tray , but it was smaller and ended streaking with the use ( and therefore , according to Chandler , that small amounts of melamine finish mixing with the snuff ) .
A few years ago I went out for drinks with an old friend (Ted , HQ ) . He was telling me some ideas and I suddenly said, "Hey Josh , you really should make a new version of the original CLUB rolling tray " . I talked about the various trays that had already sold , but he insisted that there was simply nothing in the world that was so perfect for rolling as rolling metal tray CLUB . I knew that Ted was right and knew what he had to do.
I searched online and found an old North Carolina store selling a tray Original CLUB . They wanted $ 500 for it! Get up to $ 440 bargain - they knew the value of that tray. Then I sent that tray to some friends in Shanghai , the same people who make the round metal ashtrays we've been selling for years with great success . Insisted that the tray was made of a thick metal top quality perfectly rounded corners ( without any crease) . They tried to back out commenting that it was clear it was going to end up being rather expensive . Having reduced the thickness could have reduced the price by half. I stood firm : This tray should be strong and perfect. My goal was to impress connoisseurs liadores as Chandler and Ted , besides bringing this stunning tray style to a whole new generation of smokers .
Elements and RAW Trays finally came to our store and the first thing Joe did was send him a tray Red Ted. Ted analysis was " Tell Josh to have achieved - these trays are perfect mately j * " . Two years have passed since Ted gave us his approval and smokers on Facebook has become overwhelming us asking a smaller version of the tray other than our first model. I just hope that in 40 years the experts in the art of appreciating and collecting liar follow these trays quality .
